Randall Ringer

Randall brings 25 years of experience in Strategy, Market Research, Branding and Advertising. His experience includes developing the global branding strategy for Samsung, Lockheed Martin, Magellan Health and ERA. Prior to founding Verse Group, he was Executive Director of FutureBrand/NY. His MFA in Creative Writing is from Columbia University’s School of the Arts, and Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Sylvia Chu, Partner/Creative

Sylvia Chu

Sylvia brings deep experience in Brand Implementation along with leadership, insight and creativity. She has worked on major branding programs for Marriott, ERA, Magellan Health, Days Inn Worldwide, Travelport, IBM, Alere Health, Starwood, Quest Diagnostics, Lockheed Martin and Intel. Prior to joining Verse Group, Sylvia was design director at FutureBrand. Sylvia is a BFA graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Cristiano Andreotti, Partner/Creative

Cristiano Andreotti

Cristiano has 25 years expertise in developing the design of corporate identity programs for many Fortune 500 companies, Including Pfizer, Lockheed Martin, Penske, Magellan Health, Microsoft, and GM. Prior to joining Verse Group, Cristiano was Creative Director at Siegel & Gale, FutureBrand and Lippincott. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Centrostudi Comunicazione in Rome, Italy.

Marina Binns, Design Director

Marina Binns

Trained in fine arts, Marina brings an artist’s perspective to the projects at Verse Group. Her strengths lie in the creation of innovative ideas and design systems. Originally from the UK, she moved to New York in 1996 to develop her artistic career. With 16 years experience working for branding agencies, Marina started work as a conceptual artist creating visual ideas for logo projects and later developed her skills as a graphic designer.

John Gruen, Director of Advertising

John Gruen, Director of Advertising

John’s expands Verse Group’s creative capabilities and synergies in advertising, both digital and traditional. He’s one of the few creatives running around with an MBA in his portfolio. He believes that creative awards and client goals can live in harmony. John has won awards in Clio, Effie, One Show, Art Directors Club, Andy Awards, London International, Sabre, and BioMedical Marketing Association, among others.

Annie Ly, Strategy Director

Annie Ly

Annie brings more than ten years of diverse marketing experience and her business acumen to Verse Group to help companies build brand value. She has worked on global projects for Alere Health, Samsung, NXP, Kia Motors, ADP, Novartis Diagnostics, Pearson Education and LG. Annie has been responsible for managing more than 50 research projects for companies and products ranging from digital technologies to retail.

Augusto Medelius

Augusto combines market research rigor, industry perspectives, and deep client understanding to build effective branding that connects with target markets and achieves successful outcomes. Actively involved in financial services, Augusto constantly pursues new initiatives to advance the industry. He has held senior consulting and executive roles at Diebold, Lever Partners, FutureBrand, PSI Global and Barnett/Bank of America, and has assisted clients in the US and abroad. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, Augusto holds an MBA from the University of Florida and an industrial engineering degree from the Universidad de Lima (Peru).
